Wine Pourers / Servers

Hill & Bach Cellars | Boerne, TX

Hill & Bach Cellars is seeking friendly, dependable, and hospitality-focused Wine Pourers / Servers to join our team as we prepare to open our new winery experience in Boerne.

This is a guest-facing role focused on wine service, tastings, food service, and creating a welcoming experience for our guests. Wine Pourers / Servers will also pitch in with bussing, table resets, restocking, cleaning, and other general winery duties to help keep service running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests throughout their visit
• Pour and serve Hill & Bach wines
• Conduct wine tastings
• Learn our wines and confidently explain them and make recommendations to guests
• Take and deliver food orders
• Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive customer service
• Assist with wine club and retail sales
• Bus, clean, and reset tables as needed
• Restock wine, supplies, and service areas
• Keep guest and service areas clean and organized
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Assist with events and private functions as needed
• Pitch in with general winery duties and support the team wherever needed

Qualifications

• Wine pouring or tasting room experience preferred
• Strong restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience will also be considered
• Comfortable learning about wine and speaking with guests
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Dependable, friendly, and able to work well as part of a team
• Must have or obtain TABC seller/server certification if required by Hill & Bach Cellars
• Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one if required for assigned duties
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

Position: Part-Time and/or Full-Time
Location: Boerne, TX
Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
Compensation: $14–$18/hour, depending on experience, plus tips and potential bonuses
