Greeter / Host

Hill & Bach Cellars | Boerne, TX

Hill & Bach Cellars is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Greeter / Host to join our team as we prepare to open our new winery experience in Boerne.

This is a part-time, guest-facing support role focused on welcoming guests, managing the flow of customers, and helping keep the front-of-house clean and organized. The Greeter / Host will also assist with bussing, table resets, and other front-of-house duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and provide a welcoming first impression
• Seat guests and help manage the flow of customers
• Monitor table availability and communicate with the service team
• Bus, clean, and reset tables
• Help keep guest areas clean and organized
• Assist Wine Pourers / Servers during busy periods
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Help with events and private functions as needed
• Pitch in with general front-of-house and winery duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous host, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
• Friendly, dependable, and comfortable interacting with guests
• Organized and able to keep track of guest flow and table availability
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Willing to help with bussing, cleaning, and other hands-on tasks
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events

Position: Part-Time
Location: Boerne, TX
Schedule: Flexible, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
Compensation: $12–$14/hour, depending on experience
