Role Description 

This is a full-time commission tier role based on production for a Real Estate Licensed Sales Agent (Independent Contractor) Sponsorship provided by Texas Hill Country Realty Co. upon acceptance. There is a comprehensive training program that is specifically tailored to the needs of newer licensees or tailored to meet the needs of experienced licensees. The Sales Agent will be responsible for real estate sales, (seller and/or buyer specialists) providing customer service, and leveraging their real estate license, designations, and/or certifications to facilitate sales. The Corporate Office is in Boerne, TX and the sales role encompasses Boerne and surrounding Texas Hill Country counties with some remote work options. Strong Brokerage support is available from a tight knit group of specialists who demonstrate a strong desire to raise the bar in the real estate industry. NOT a franchise. NOT one size fits all.

Qualifications

• Real Estate Sales and Real Estate License
• Customer Service skills
• Strong sales abilities
• Excellent knowledge of the real estate market
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in the real estate industry is preferred, designations/certifications a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate or related field, or Marketing a plus
