Position Overview
The Shingle RX Installer is responsible for the safe, accurate, and high‑quality installation of Shingle RX roofing products. This role requires hands‑on technical skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in outdoor environments while maintaining strong customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Install Shingle RX products according to company standards, manufacturer guidelines, and safety requirements.
- Prepare job sites, including setup, material staging, and equipment inspection.
- Operate ladders, and safety equipment safely and effectively.
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and ensure proper disposal of debris.
- Communicate professionally with customers, supervisors, and team members.
- Follow all OSHA and company safety protocols at all times.
- Experience in roofing, construction, or exterior home improvement is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work in varied weather conditions.
- Experience with Shingle RX or similar roofing restoration products.
- Knowledge of safety harness systems and fall‑protection procedures.
- Detail‑oriented craftsmanship.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Compensation:
Helpers: $14–$16/hr
Responsibilities
- Assist with or perform installation of Shingle RX roofing products
- Prepare job sites, stage materials, and maintain clean work areas
- Support surface preparation, debris removal, and basic labor tasks
- Follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
- Document materials used and completed work
- Roofing or construction experience
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Experience with Shingle RX or similar products
