Job Opportunity: Administrative Assistant at St. Helena’s Episcopal School- 
Are you a detail-oriented, organized individual with a passion for supporting education and fostering a nurturing environment? St. Helena’s Episcopal School is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our vibrant team during the 2025-2026 school year. Located in Boerne, TX, our small, close-knit community provides an excellent opportunity to work in a meaningful and collaborative setting.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of School, faculty, and staff
  • Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communications with parents and visitors
  • Assist with student records, attendance, and other essential documentation
  • Organize and maintain school files, supplies, and office equipment
  • Assist with event planning and coordination of school functions
  • Support the smooth operation of daily tasks, contributing to a positive and efficient environment
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous administrative experience, ideally in a school or educational setting
  • Proficiency with office software and technology (Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, etc.)
  • A commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge or experience with Episcopal traditions is a plus, but not required
