WORKSHOP: Creating a Success Culture in Your Business and Personal Life - Presented by Texas Business Buyers
Making positive change in an organization or your personal life is a process and it takes time to move to health. Organizations and people often get stuck in harmful patterns and often do not know how to get out. So many people I speak with know the issues they face but struggle to get a plan for growth. As we get ready to close out the end of 2018 this is a great time to reflect on the year and to take stock and develop a plan for growth.
In this meeting we will:
- Discuss essential things you need in your business and personal life to implement change
- Review some tools you can use to evaluate your year and how to move forward.
- Introduce both SWOT and GAP Analysis and how to use for improvement
- Discuss how to set up a plan for you and your team for growth in 2019
You will take away information you can implement. Breakfast and coffee will be served.
This will be the last workshop for 2018 and we will begin workshops again in February 2019.
