Michael Glynn is the Founder of Texcel Trade School, an online workforce education platform built to help students gain practical, job-ready skills in the skilled trades.

While working his way through college, Michael spent years in the field as an electrician and in local construction throughout the Boerne and Hill Country area. Those early experiences gave him firsthand insight into the realities of trade work—the long hours, the learning curve, and the pride that comes from building something tangible. More importantly, they showed him how essential skilled trades are to the strength of local communities and the economy as a whole.
