It is a useful financial planning tool that can be utilized in a wide variety of ways. Melinda HIpp is a native Texas and hold a Bachelors from Texas Tech University and two Masters degrees from SMU. She has 26 years experience in the Mortgage business with over 13 exclusively in the Reverse Mortgage space. She also is an avid golfer and a designated USGA Referee and also loves to participate in tournament poker. She is married to a tuba musician who is also her assistant and has two long haired mini dachshund children.
