Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, specializing in high-value product solutions ranging from $5,000 to $500,000+. This role is perfect for a seasoned sales professional who thrives on building relationships, solving complex client challenges, and closing substantial deals that make a real impact on our clients' businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed annual sales targets of $1-2M+
- Identify, prospect, and qualify high-value opportunities through various channels including referrals, networking, and digital outreach
- Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and solution presentations to C-level executives and decision-makers
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles typically lasting 0-9 months
- Establishing online presence to include podcasts, social media, and email blitz to aimed towards relevant demographics
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize solutions and proposals
- Accurately forecast sales pipeline and maintain detailed CRM records
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Provide market feedback and competitive intelligence to leadership team
- Minimum 3 years of proven success in high-ticket B2B sales ($50K+ average deal size)
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with consultative selling and complex solution sales
- Strong presentation and communication skills with executive-level clients
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- 5+ years in enterprise or high-ticket sales environment
- Industry experience in the technology or communications sector
- Existing network of contacts in target market segments
- Previous experience with channel partner relationships
Base Salary: $30,000-40,000 annually (based on experience)
Commission Structure:
- Estimated commission potential with average earnings of $30,000 - $105,000+ annually
- 5% commission on GP for all sales you procure.
