In this role you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities for StewartMadison. THIS IS A COMMISSIONED BASED ONLY POSITION.
As the sales Manager you will play a critical fueling StewartMadison’s growth. This key role applies sourcing and recruitment strategies to identify and engage prospective clients to inspire them to select StewartMadison as their recruitment company of choice. This position demands an exceptional balance of drive and commitment, exemplary interpersonal skills, and a win-win mindset. THIS POSITION IS COMMISSION BASED, potential to make 6-figures.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proven sales track record
- Ability to build rapport
- Experience with Octopus or similar software, preferred
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Time management and planning skills
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Comfortable working with Salesforce
- Experience in recruitment in Medical Device, Manufacturing, Operations is a must
- Proven record of meeting sales goals
- College degree and/ or 3-5 years of sales experience in the the recruitment world preferred
Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the unique needs of recruitment
- Arrange business meting with prospective clients
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Promote the company's services addressing or predicting client needs
- Work with clients and internal teams to secure job requisitions
- Prospect (via phone, email, and in person), close and manage all relationships with clients, prospective clients, and partners
