Roofing Sales Specialist

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Generate Leads: You’ll bring in business by knocking on doors, getting referrals, using social media, and networking.
• Build Relationships: Engage with homeowners, business owners, and property managers to develop lasting relationships.
• Conduct Inspections & Estimates: Inspect roofs and provide homeowners with honest, accurate estimates.
• Close Deals: Use your sales skills to close contracts and seal the deal with happy customers.
• Collaborate & Ensure Satisfaction: Work with our roofing teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.
• Track Your Progress: Keep accurate records of your sales activities using our CRM system.

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in sales, preferably in the home services industry.
• A natural ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own sales pipeline.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Schedule & Pay:

• Flexible Hours: This is a 1099 position with 20-30 hours of work each week, plus 5-10 hours for meetings and training.
• Commission-Based Pay: Earn $80,000 - $120,000 per year, with the potential for more if you go the extra mile.
• Paid Training: We’ll make sure you’re fully trained and ready to succeed!
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed.

• You will need to conduct roof inspections and be comfortable working at heights.
