We are a specialty shoe store offering an exceptional selection of women's shoes, clothing, and accessories. We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team on a permanent basis.

• Previous retail sales experience in shoes, clothing, and/or accessories is required.
• Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with footwear, clothing, and accessory selections.
• Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting customer relationships.
• Meet sales goals and contribute to store success.
• Operate point-of-sale and other retail systems accurately.
• Maintain merchandise presentation and store organization.
