Make a Difference, One Fabulous Find at a Time!
Kendall County Women's Shelter (KCWS) is looking for an energetic, creative, people loving leader to take Fabulous Finds Thrift Store to the next level!
This isn't your typical retail management job. We're looking for someone who can lead a team, grow sales, build community relationships, create eye-catching displays, dream up fun promotions, and use social media to get people excited about shopping, donating, and supporting Fabulous Finds.
If you're the kind of person who sees a great thrift-store find and immediately thinks, "Someone needs to see this!", we want that energy! We're looking for someone who isn't afraid to grab a phone, snap a great photo, create a fun post, promote a sale, connect with the community, and find new ways to bring customers through the doors.
And the best part? Your work has a purpose.
Fabulous Finds is more than a thrift store. Every donation received, every treasure sold, every customer welcomed, and every social media post shared helps support the programs and mission of Kendall County Women's Shelter and the survivors, families, and pets we serve.
We're looking for someone who can lead the people, run the operation, grow the store, and have some fun doing it.
Love retail? Love people? Creative with social media? Ready to make an impact?
You might be exactly who we're looking for. Come make Fabulous Finds even more fabulous!
