Be the Face of Our Salon
We’re seeking a friendly, organized, and professional Guest Care Coordinator to welcome guests, manage appointments, and support our service providers. This is a key role for someone who enjoys creating a warm experience and keeping the salon running smoothly.
Responsibilities Include:

• Greeting guests and assisting with check-in/check-out
• Managing salon booking software and phone calls
• Maintaining product displays and cleanliness of the front area
• Supporting stylists and assisting with retail sales

• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Must be reliable and team-oriented
