Job Responsibilities Include:
Office Management

Greet all guests and members, conduct tours, and provide information about membership and current programming.

Manage general organizational communications, including answering phones and responding to email inquiries.

Oversee building operations and office supply inventory to ensure a safe, presentable, and functional workspace.

Maintain a welcoming, visually cohesive workspace that reflects the organization’s brand/mission.

Coordinate with maintenance and facility management as needed.

Share management of office calendars, including scheduling meetings and documenting room reservations.
Community Engagement
-
Engage with program participants, mentors, and community partners to gather feedback, monitor engagement, and support continuous improvement.

Assist with the planning and coordination of student interns.
Marketing
-
Assist in creating social media content to support marketing efforts.

Use Canva and other design tools to create signage, flyers, and branded materials.
Events & Programming

Assist in planning and executing events, workshops, and meetings, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all participants.

Collaborate with the Executive Director to develop and implement new initiatives and programming.

Support additional projects as needed to advance organizational success.
Qualifications
-
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work.

Customer-focused with a friendly, professional attitude.

Adaptable and flexible to handle changing tasks and priorities.

Passion for supporting local businesses and entrepreneurs.
