Account Manager - Local e-commerce Small Business

We are looking for a young, motivated, trustworthy Boerne resident with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a heart for customer service.

Great Southern Coins has been in Boerne for almost 2 decades, and we are growing! We need to hire 1 full-time employee, with the potential for salary and sales commissions after a 90-day training period.

Office duties:

• Data entry: Attention to detail is a MUST.
• Product imaging and processing (experience with Adobe Photoshop/lightroom a plus!)
• Order fulfillment, packaging, transport to post office
• Answering phones and providing first class customer service
• Taking payments over the phone
• Sending invoices and calling to collect on past-due invoices.

The right applicant has:

• Ability to speak fluent English
• A polite, professional demeanor
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Able to learn and use office phone system and equipment (printer, scanner, wifi, computers, etc.)
• Prior e-commerce experience a plus but not required
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus but not required.
• Adobe Photoshop experience a plus but not required

Pay: $15-17.00/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 5:30 PM
