The Benedictine Sisters of Boerne seek a Director of Business Affairs. The Director works closely with the Prioress, Board of Directors (Council), and Treasurer to establish and implement policies and procedures to effectively accomplish the corporate mission and objectives. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to: Managing all aspects of the finance department, including planning, and reporting on the financial activities of the organization and its ministries; and oversight of property, vehicle, and medical insurances; financial planning, investments, trusts, and operational finances; taxes; property management; social security; fleet management; human resources; and office management. The ideal candidate should have a willingness to work in a Christian environment and willingness to learn and respect the organization’s values. Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or business administration preferred, or a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Business Management. Proficiency and knowledge of computer software including Office 365 and QuickBooks. Salaried position, benefits offered.
