Job Title: Client Services Coordinator/Case Manager
Position Type: Part-Time
Reports To: Director of Client Services

Position Description
The Client Services Coordinator is a front-facing position responsible for presenting a professional, courteous and compassionate culture to clients, volunteers, donors and visitors. The Client Services Coordinator also functions as a facilitator for the organization by assisting case managers with their duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Provide effective, friendly and compassionate reception services to new and existing clients, through strong customer service, which includes listening, gathering information, and understanding client issues.
• Administratively process and direct clients to applicable services on the HCFS campus.
• Check in and out volunteers and community service volunteers for work shifts.
• Provide basic documentation (information sheets, applications, etc.) for internal and partner agency programs, and assist with intake forms and applications as required.
• Screen clients for eligibility.
• Greet, assist and direct donors and visitors.
• Answer incoming phone calls and direct to the appropriate person or office.
• At the direction of the Director of Client Services, perform tasks that facilitate the mission of HCFS, to include data entry, importing client food pantry information into the client file management system (Apricot); review information for deficiencies and resolve issues.
• Open and distribute the mail, following agency financial control procedures by inputting funds received into the check register.
• Refer clients and coordinate services with other agencies.
• Other duties as assigned by the Director of Client Services.
• Spanish Language skills are highly valued for this position.
