Marketing Representative
Company Overview:
The law firm specializes in business law and estate planning. We proudly serve San Antonio, Boerne, Helotes and the Hill Country. With expertise in M&A, the firm offers strategic advice and comprehensive legal services for mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases and/or sales of real and personal property, and other corporate transactions. These services include negotiations, due diligence, and drafting agreements.
On the estate planning side, the firm creates wills, power of attorney, healthcare directives, trusts, business succession planning, living wills, and other estate planning services.
Our Firm’s Needs:
We are searching for a self motivated and dedicated Marketing Representative who is proficient in both English and Spanish. The role focuses on building meaningful connections through networking events, fostering relationships, assisting with social media presence, and expanding our market presence within the community.
Overview of Commitments:
- Strategically identify and engage in networking events and opportunities within English and Spanish-speaking markets.
- Organize and maintain a calendar of networking events, coordinating attendance and company representation.
- Cultivate lasting relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry influencers.
- Design and implement effective follow-up strategies to nurture relationships post-networking events.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment with wider marketing objectives.
- Track and analyze the success of networking efforts and their contribution to business objectives.
- Manage the creation and distribution of promotional materials in both English and Spanish for networking events.
- Assist with the firm’s social media efforts to support networking initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in networking, relationship building, and event planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders in both English and Spanish.
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM tools for managing contacts and following up on leads.
- Experience with social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Willingness to travel as needed for events and represent the company.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Spanish and English.
