Marketing Manager

SUMMARY:
The Marketing Manager manages and coordinates the activities and operations of the marketing department; develops and executes marketing programs and events, customer and internal communications initiatives, and production of marketing and sales materials.
 
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

  • Leads the development of all marketing programs and materials.
  • Maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all marketing programs and materials.
  • Assists in the development and executes customer and internal communications strategy.
  • Designs annual catalogs and other sales/marketing materials.
  • Provides input and support for the execution of various sales collateral.
  • Manages all advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
  • Oversees update of company website content to ensure web content is consistent with corporate identity guidelines and regularly updated.
  • Develops new product announcements and other press communications as needed.
  • Reviews and approves all communications; edits all marketing communications.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains procedures that enhance the efficiency of the marketing department.
  • Reviews and prepares analyses and recommendations for modification and/or improvement of existing programs on an ongoing basis.
  • Provides input in development and manages department budget.
  • Keeps up to date on overall activities of the department identifying problem areas and taking corrective actions.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in related field or equivalent
  • Two to four years related experience or equivalent
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Indesign preferred
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts.  Employees must have closed toe, rubber sole shoes to wear anytime they are required to be in the factory.  The noise level in the office environment is usually quiet.  The noise level in the factory is consistent with light industrial manufacturing.
