- Network security guidelines access standards and SIEM tools.
- Help desk procedures technical troubleshooting methods and IT service best practices.
- Skills in:
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues for hardware, software, and network systems.
- Installing, configuring, patching, and maintaining various IT equipment and software.
- Prioritizing tasks managing multiple projects and balancing help desk with system maintenance.

- Ability to:
