Mission is seeking an ERP/IT Support Technician who is a quick-learning problem solver dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to our internal clients. The ERP/IT Support Technician provides technical support to onsite and remote end-users in a Windows environment.  Additionally, this position will also provide Ross ERP support encompassing all ERP related processes including but not limited to implementation, customization, upgrades, change control and overall application support.

Responds to requests for IT and ERP support issues.  Documents, tracks and monitors ticketing system to ensure timely resolution.

Set up, install, analyze, troubleshoot and resolve all PC hardware, software, cabling, printer, and other PC peripheral problems and assists with network issues as required.

Supports the team in all Ross ERP-related processes including daily monitoring, troubleshooting, repairing, and reporting problems.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) plus a minimum of two (2) years experience in IT-related study or field.  Must possess basic knowledge and experience with the following:

•    Microsoft Office Suite
•    Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (i.e. Ross)
•    Windows 7/8/10
•    Microsoft Windows Administration tools (AD Users and Computers, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, Sites and Services, etc.)
•    Understanding of basic network concepts
•    Understanding of application, desktop, and server virtualization
•    Understanding of Desktop Deployment/Imaging
•    Have strong customer service aptitude and attention to detail skills
