The Oak of Boerne, located in the heart of Main Street, is growing and seeking talented individuals. We are currently hiring for two part-time positions: Bartender and Cocktail Server.

Position: Part-Time Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding service to members and guests in a refined and welcoming atmosphere.
• Craft and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer, with precision and care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking as necessary.
• Engage with members to foster a friendly, enjoyable environment.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a bartender in a high-end setting.
• Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer is essential.
• TABC Certification (required).
• Exceptional customer service and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and special events.

Position: Part-Time Cocktail Server

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and personalized service to members and guests, from taking orders to delivering drinks.
• Maintain an understanding of the menu, including wine and cocktail selections, to offer thoughtful recommendations.
• Ensure lounge areas are clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver seamless service.
• Represent The Oak with professionalism, warmth, and hospitality.

Requirements:

• Previous serving experience, ideally in an upscale environment.
• TABC Certification (required).
• Friendly, outgoing demeanor with excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.
• Impeccable customer service and attention to detail.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and special events.
