Server Staff

Description and Qualifications

The Server position is responsible for providing guests with a memorable dining experience. Servers will be expected to gather personal details about our guests to customize their future dining experiences. They must have the passion to go above and beyond expectations to provide every guest with a creative and tailored dining experience.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat customers in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcome.
Take accurate food and drink orders using our TOAST POS system.
Represent our Brand with energy, and enthusiasm
Provide detailed information about menu items and daily specials to assist guests in their choices. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality presentation.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation corresponds with anticipated timing and service.
Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments.
Ensure Drinks, and food is run out to correct tables, regardless of if they are your tables. Uphold health and safety standards throughout the restaurant.

Skills

Strong guest service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Knowledge of New England Seafood, Beer, Wine and Cocktails
Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tables at once.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Previous experience in a restaurant setting is advantageous but not required.
