Part-Time Server

Location: La Calabria – Comfort, TX
Schedule: Primarily Thursday–Saturday evenings (15–20 hours per week)

Position Summary

As a Server at La Calabria, your primary responsibility is providing outstanding guest service from the moment guests arrive until they leave. Unlike many restaurants, our servers focus on hospitality, taking orders, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience while our food runners deliver food and beverages to the table.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a friendly, welcoming attitude.
• Guide guests through the menu and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using our POS system.
• Ensure guests have everything they need throughout their meal.
• Process payments accurately.
• Work closely with food runners, kitchen staff, and fellow servers to provide seamless service.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining room and server stations.
• Assist with opening and closing side work.
• Help create a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Friendly, dependable, and professional.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
• Restaurant experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
