Restaurant Team Member

As The Board Couple team member, you will play a pivotal role in curating memorable experiences within our patrons and elevating the brand.
You will be responsible for helping with the day-to-day operations, working with a dedicated team, and ensuring the success of events, reservations, workshops and other organized activities. Your focus will be on creating a welcoming atmosphere where patrons can gather, connect, and indulge in a sophisticated blend of wine and delectable charcuterie boards.

Basic Requirements:
- Must be a food manager and TABC Certified.
- Must have previous hospitality or restaurant experience.
- Must be a people person.
- Must love wine and charcuterie.
- Good driving record with reliable transportation. This is non-negotiable.
- Self-starter who thrives in organization and needs little to no direction to get tasks started.
- Must be punctual.
- Must be a team player.
- Morning shifts on select holidays will be required.
