Responsibilities and Duties
• Clear tables and transport dishes, glassware, and silverware to the kitchen for cleaning.
• Keep the dining area clean and tidy, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping tables and chairs.
• Refill water glasses and assist servers in delivering food to tables when needed.
• Assist in setting up and clearing down tables before and after service.
• Work with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food to customers.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions as required.
• Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with other staff members.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to consistently provide exceptional customer service.
Physical Demands
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach.
• Must be able to work in a hot environment.
