Part-Time Bartender & Cocktail Server

Location: The Oak of Boerne, Main Street, Boerne, TX

The Oak of Boerne, a premier members-only club is growing and looking for talented individuals to join our team. We are hiring for two part-time positions: Bartender and Cocktail Server. Position: Part-Time Bartender

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members and their guests in a sophisticated environment.

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wine, and beer, with attention to detail and consistency.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.

• Assist in inventory management and restocking as needed.

• Engage with members to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender in an upscale or high-volume setting.

• Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer.

• TABC Certification (required).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Impeccable customer service and attention to detail.

• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as scheduled.

Position: Part-Time Cocktail Server

Responsibilities:

Provide attentive and friendly table service to members and guests, including taking orders, delivering drinks and anticipating needs.

Maintain knowledge of the menu, including wine and cocktail offerings, to make recommendations.

Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the lounge areas.

Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless service.

Uphold The Oak’s standards of professionalism and hospitality.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a serving role, preferably in an upscale environment.

TABC Certification (required).
