The Oak of Boerne, a private members-only club dedicated to elevated experiences and refined hospitality, is seeking a full-time bartender to join our professional team. This position is ideal for an experienced individual who values service, enjoys working in a sophisticated environment, and takes pride in their craft. Cigar knowledge or wanting to learn is a plus.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and serving classic and contemporary cocktails, premium wines, and top-shelf spirits

• Delivering attentive, personalized service to our members and their guests

• Maintaining a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar

• Supporting the team during private events, tastings, and club functions

• Adhering to all TABC and club standards for responsible service

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year bartending experience in a hospitality-focused setting

• Proficient in classic cocktail preparation and wine service

• Professional demeanor with excellent communication skills

• TABC certification (or willingness to obtain)

• Comfortable working in an environment where cigar smoking is present
