Job Summary
Sunny’s is a growing brunch and cocktail restaurant focused on delivering an elevated but approachable dining experience. We are seeking a Food & Beverage Product Manager to help refine and improve our menu offerings.
This role focuses on continuously improving the food, drinks, presentation, and overall guest-facing product experience. The ideal candidate is passionate about food culture, enjoys experimenting, and believes every dish can always be improved.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and improve existing menu items
- Test and develop new dishes, cocktails, and limited-time offerings
- Research food, brunch, and cocktail trends
- Improve plating, presentation, and visual appeal
- Document preparation and plating standards
- Analyze guest feedback and identify product improvements
- Collaborate with kitchen leadership to maintain consistency
