Bartender

Smoky Justice Cigar Lounge is hiring Bartenders for our luxury cigar lounge in Boerne, Texas.

We are looking for dependable, professional, and friendly team members who can provide excellent customer service in a premium lounge environment. This position will include serving beer, wine, and spirits, assisting members and guests, helping with daily bar operations, and maintaining a clean, welcoming, high-end atmosphere.

Smoky Justice is more than a cigar lounge — it is a private club built around community, hospitality, luxury, and the cigar lifestyle. We are military and first responder friendly and are looking for team members who take pride in service, professionalism, and creating a great guest experience.

Responsibilities include:

• Serve beer, wine, and spirits in a professional and responsible manner
• Greet members and guests with excellent customer service
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar and service areas
• Support private events, member events, and special promotions
• Assist with guest check-ins and basic membership questions when needed
• Follow all TABC, tobacco, and house policies

Requirements:

• Must be 21 years or older
• TABC certification preferred or willing to obtain
• Previous bar, restaurant, hospitality, or cigar lounge experience preferred
• Must be reliable, punctual, professional, and customer-service focused
• Comfortable working in a premium cigar lounge environment
• Evening and weekend availability preferred
