Life Insurance Case Manager – Remote

$20/hour + Performance Bonuses | Work From Home | Training Provided

We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Life Insurance Case Manager to join our team. This is a remote, work-from-home position supporting our insurance application and new-business process.

The Case Manager will help ensure that life insurance applications are submitted accurately, required documents are completed and processed, and each case is tracked through completion.

Responsibilities

• Enter and prepare life insurance applications
• Prepare transfer, replacement, and other required forms
• Submit applications and supporting documents electronically to insurance carriers
• Review applications and documents for completeness and accuracy
• Track the progress of pending cases daily
• Follow up on outstanding requirements and documentation
• Communicate with insurance carriers, agents, and team members regarding case status
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records
• Help move applications efficiently from initial submission through completion

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with computers, online applications, email, and electronic documents
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Dependable and able to work independently from home
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Insurance industry experience is preferred but not required
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must sign and comply with a confidentiality/non-disclosure agreement

Compensation & Training

$20 per hour plus bonus opportunities

Previous insurance experience is helpful, but all necessary training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, willing to learn, and takes pride in making sure details are handled correctly.
