Crestmont Private Wealth is a locally owned business servicing 150+ families with ~$250mm in AUM. We take pride in being a business built for families, as a fiduciary partner to those we serve. This is a full-time (40+ hours) required in-office presence (no remote work). We are seeking a team player who is committed to our mission.

Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Managing the onboarding process for new clients and generating necessary paperwork
  • Conducting audits of models and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Maintaining accurate records of cash flow and trades in a spreadsheet
  • Processing new account and quarterly billing for clients
  • Implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience

 

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience
  • College degree required
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and inclination for focusing on details
  • Proficient in following processes, enhancing them when necessary, and capable of working autonomously across various tasks
  • Prior experience in a financial services firm preferred, including tasks such as opening accounts and handling money movement
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine enjoyment in engaging with clients, whether face-to-face or via phone conversations
