Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Managing the onboarding process for new clients and generating necessary paperwork
- Conducting audits of models and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Maintaining accurate records of cash flow and trades in a spreadsheet
- Processing new account and quarterly billing for clients
- Implementing strategies to enhance the overall client experience
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience
- College degree required
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and inclination for focusing on details
- Proficient in following processes, enhancing them when necessary, and capable of working autonomously across various tasks
- Prior experience in a financial services firm preferred, including tasks such as opening accounts and handling money movement
- A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine enjoyment in engaging with clients, whether face-to-face or via phone conversations
