- Coordinate and manage all aspects of event planning, from initial inquiry to day-of execution, ensuring seamless and memorable experiences for guests.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively pursuing new business and repeat clients to maximize hotel occupancy and event revenue.
- Conduct site visits and provide personalized service to potential clients, showcasing The Kendall Hotel’s unique offerings and charm.
- Support the sales team by assisting with marketing and promotional activities, including social media and online presence, to attract new business.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure event details are effectively coordinated and executed.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, client preferences, and sales activity for future opportunities.
- 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, event coordination, or sales, preferably in a boutique or independent hotel setting.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on customer service and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed based on event schedules.
