About the Role
As an Installation Technician at Captivate, you will play a vital role in bringing high-end residential technology to life. You’ll be responsible for installing and troubleshooting sophisticated A/V systems, home theaters, networks, and lighting solutions. This is a full-time, in-person position reporting directly to our Project Manager.
We are looking for a technically inclined, hands-on professional who is curious about how things work and hungry to grow. Ideally, you are a trustworthy individual with a pleasant disposition and high emotional intelligence.

Technical Skills & Experience Required
● Experience with construction sites, A/V, lighting, shading, and control systems.
● Proven ability to troubleshoot devices and interpret technical documents/floor plans.
● Physical capability to climb ladders, pull cabling, use power tools, and lift up to 75 lbs.
● A steady work history (3+ years between roles) and a clean driving record with reliable transportation.

● Competitive Pay: $48,000 - $56,000 per year ($23-$27/hour).

Schedule & Location
● Location: 113 Pleasant Valley Drive, Boerne, Texas (In-person).
● Hours: Full-time (40 hours/week), Mon-Fri (8 am - 5 pm).
