As a CSR, you'll be the first point of contact for our valued clients, playing a crucial role in providing exceptional service and contributing to our success.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound and make outbound calls with professionalism and a friendly demeanor.
- Schedule service and sales appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth operations for our technicians and customers.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Provide information about our products, services, and company policies, accurately and clearly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and appointments in our CRM system.
- Support the sales team with follow-up calls and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills.
- Experience with Service Titan software is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service preferred (HVAC or home services experience a plus).
