We are looking for a Universal banker. Includes all teller responsibilities and opening/revising accounts which requires a detail oriented person to discern the appropriate documents. This role may often be challenging so you should be able to remain calm and polite in tough situations. The Universal Banker-New Account Representative/Teller provides prompt quality customer service along with support to other team members/other departments. This position requires a great deal of multitasking, prioritizing and the performance of a wide range of services including document preparation, account servicing/maintenance and problem resolution.
**MINIMUM 1 YEAR NEW ACCOUNT AND TELLER EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**
Responsibilities
- Open/revise new accounts
- Teller Responsibilities
- Handle all facets of online banking, debit cards, fraud claims and bill pay
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
- Pass on issues to Branch Manager when needed
- Other duties as assigned by Branch Manager
- Able to work independently
- Proven experience as a New Account Representative
- Experience in customer service is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
- Excellent problem-solving skills
