Treasury Management Support Specialists

We are looking for a Treasury Management Support Specialists. This position will support Bank products and services pertaining to Treasury Management as well as other activities essential to bank operations. Works directly with customers and staff to address issues and respond to inquiries.
Areas of Responsibility include ACH, Remote Deposit Capture, Positive Pay, Mobile Deposit, Wires, Digital Banking.
Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding customers in Treasury Management
  • Monitors Treasury Management customers' activity for security and compliance purposes
  • Responsible for policies and procedures being up to date
  • Submitting, entering and approving wires
  • Mobile deposit review
  • Decisioning ACH and Positive Pay Exceptions
  • Provide training to staff as needed
  • Perform annual analysis and reporting to staff and Board of Directors
  • Assist customers with all aspects of Online Banking and Treasury Management
  • Troubleshoots issues and research as needed
  • Assists in audits and examinations

Pay: Up to $20.00 per hour
