Boerne Auto & Truck Supply Inc., dba NAPA Auto Parts of Boerne, is seeking an energetic, responsible, and personable counter salesman. Duties include:
- Answering incoming calls
- Receiving and assisting customers with their automotive needs
- Ensure desk area is tidy and presentable
- Provide basic and accurate information according to proper automotive protocol
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Auto mechanical knowledge and/or certification is preferred but not required
- Hands on experience with office equipment (Computers, printers, etc.)
- Professional attitude & appearance
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Multi-tasking and management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- Ability to learn and adjust to updated protocols
