Blue Shore Media Group™ is seeking an experienced, motivated Account Executive to represent Reggae Rocks Kendall County and Blue Shore Outdoor. This is an exciting opportunity to sell both digital radio advertising and outdoor billboard advertising while helping local businesses grow through innovative marketing solutions.

This is an on-site position based in Boerne, Texas, with regular travel throughout Kendall County and surrounding communities to meet with business owners, build relationships, attend networking events, and develop new advertising partnerships.

We're looking for someone who enjoys building relationships, prospecting new business, and becoming a trusted marketing partner within the community.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business throughout Kendall County and surrounding areas

• Sell advertising campaigns across Reggae Rocks Kendall County and Blue Shore Outdoor billboards

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with local business owners and decision-makers

• Meet with clients to create customized advertising solutions

• Attend community events, networking functions, and local business gatherings

• Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and customer communications

• Achieve monthly and annual sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience required (media, advertising, marketing, or outside sales preferred)

• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally

• Must live in or near Kendall County, Texas
