Blue Shore Media Group is seeking an experienced, motivated Account Executive to sell radio, digital, and outdoor advertising throughout Kendall County and surrounding communities.
This is an on-site position based in Boerne with regular local travel to meet business owners, develop relationships, attend networking events, and generate new advertising partnerships.
Responsibilities- Prospect and develop new business
- Sell radio, digital, and billboard advertising
- Meet with local business owners and decision-makers
- Build and maintain long-term advertiser relationships
- Attend networking and community events
- Manage leads, follow-ups, and sales pipeline
- Meet monthly and annual sales goals
- Previous sales experience required
- Strong prospecting, communication, and closing skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Must live in or near Kendall County
- Monthly base salary
