Portrait Studio/Personal Assistant – Part-time

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

•    Prepare/set up/take down equipment for portrait sessions

•    Assist photographer during indoor and outdoor sessions (props, positioning, adjusting lights)

•    Some data entry and social media

•    Other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS

•    Must be a patient person who truly enjoys working with infants and children. Must also work well with parents and sometimes pets in a fast-paced environment while providing excellent customer service

•    Must have flexible availability to avoid schedule conflicts, typically 10 to 15 hours a week

•    Excellent customer service skills - outgoing and personable

•    Self-starter who works well independently

•    Ability to prioritize given tasks and work efficiently toward completion

•    Maintain a professional image and behave in a professional manner

•    Must NOT be a photographer or aspiring photographer

•    High school diploma or GED

•    Valid Driver's license

•    Reliable transportation

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

While performing this role, the employee will be regularly required to sit, stand, walk and lift/carry equipment (up to 25 pounds). Must also listen attentively, carry out instructions precisely and communicate clearly.
