Order Entry & Inside Account Support Specialist
OW Lee is a premier manufacturer of high-end patio furniture, serving a nationwide network of authorized dealers. We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry & Inside Account Support Specialist to join our team.
Location: Comfort, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:45 PM (Full Shift Required)
The primary focus of this position is accurate and efficient order entry. This role is responsible for reviewing, processing, and managing orders from our authorized dealers with exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy from order receipt through production.
Success in this position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to work with numbers and product details, and a commitment to maintaining a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to order entry, this position provides professional inside account support to our authorized dealers and sales representatives.
The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and communicates confidently and professionally in a business-to-business environment. Clear written and verbal communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused attitude are essential.
This is a full-time, onsite position located in our manufacturing office in Comfort, Texas.
Position Overview
As an Inside Account Support & Order Specialist, you will process incoming purchase orders received through multiple dealer PO systems as well as our internal ordering platform. You will carefully review each order, enter it accurately in the computer system, and then audit for accuracy in pricing, quantities, product configurations, finishes, freight terms, and special instructions.
Because our products are made to order, attention to detail is critical. Errors in order entry can directly impact production, lead times, and customer satisfaction. This role requires a high level of focus, consistency, and ownership of each order from initial entry through acknowledgment and completion.
In addition to order processing, you will prepare freight quotes requests submitted by dealers or sales representatives. You will also follow up on incomplete orders, respond to order status inquiries, and communicate professionally with dealers and occasional consumers via phone and email.
This role also includes maintaining organized filing systems for in-house orders, completed orders, and invoices, as well as answering incoming calls when coverage is needed.

Qualifications & Skills
- 1–3 years of administrative, office, or account support experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with proper grammar and professional tone
- Comfortable performing calculations and working with numbers
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Consistent attendance and ability to work full scheduled shift onsite
