We’re looking for a friendly, organized Administrative Assistant to join our Texas Farm Bureau Insurance office. This isn’t just a front desk role — it’s an important position that helps create a welcoming experience for our clients and keeps our team running smoothly.
You’ll be part of a small, fun office with a family-style atmosphere where everyone jumps in to help and supports each other. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll often be the first person people see or talk to, while also helping with the day-to-day operations that keep things moving.

- Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth—create a strong first impression of our agency
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls with clarity and efficiency
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Support agents and leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and input client information into internal systems
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and office communications
- Help keep the office organized, stocked, and running efficiently
- Provide general customer service support and assist with client inquiries
