Crestmont Private Wealth is hiring a position for our Boerne historic (renovated) office located on Main St, which won a preservation award in 2023.   

This is a full-time position (40+ hours) requiring in-office presence (no remote work). We are seeking a team player who is committed to our mission. Ideal Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience.

  • College degree required.

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and an inclination for focusing on details.

  • Proficient in following processes, enhancing them when necessary, and capable of working autonomously across various tasks.

  • Prior experience in a financial services firm preferred, including tasks such as opening IRAs, brokerage accounts, and processing required minimum distributions.

  • A positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine enjoyment in engaging with clients, whether face-to-face or via phone conversations.

  • Proficiency in computer-based tools including Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.

The pay range for this position is between $40,000 to $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
