$89 Fall Air Conditioning and Heating Maintenance For Members

$89 Fall Maintenance (regularly $150) for Boerne Chamber members and New customers. A licensed technician will inspect both the indoor and outdoor unit for proper functioning. We will check refrigerant levels, test electrical components, inspect indoor and outdoor evaporator coils, inspect for proper drainage. For homes that have gas furnaces we will include carbon monoxide test and gas pressure test. Price is per system.
