Founded in 2014 in Boerne, Texas, this flagship fine dining restaurant is where Chef Keith Kuhn's rustic, classic Italian roots help bring elaborated and beautiful dishes to life at Valeria. The philosophy at Valeria is that life is too short to eat bad food or drink bad wine. They believe in knowing where their ingredients come from, and sourcing the very best! Valeria uses ingredients from their market garden outside of Boerne and from partners who care about raising healthy plants and animals. They believe in clean food, without GMO's, trans fats, additives or unnecessary preservatives.
