Government Affairs & Small Business Council Powerful Marketing Tool Presentation

The Boerne Chamber of Commerce’s Government Affairs and Small Business Councils, in partnership with the Kendall County Economic Development Corporation (EDC), invite Boerne area businesses and commercial property owners to a demonstration of a powerful marketing demographic tool (including life style and personal behavior analytics), which can enhance your business development and strategic planning efforts. The tool analyzes our market using what is sometimes called “gap and leakage or supply and demand analysis” and can aid in the following:

·           Indicating how well the retail needs of local residents are being met

·           Uncovering unmet demand and possible opportunities

·           Understanding the lifestyle habits of our trade area

·           Understanding the strengths and weaknesses of the local retail sector

·           Measuring the difference between actual and potential retail sales

This demonstration will take place in the Boerne Chamber of Commerce Conference Room, 121 South Main Street, on Thursday, December 1st at 12:00. This is a complimentary event.
