Genealogical Society's 20th Annual Hill Country Family History Seminar
Join the Genealogical Society of Kendall County on Saturday, February 17th for a presentation from Genealogist Lisa Lisson, author, and creator of "Are You My Cousin?". This is a website that is designed to help genealogy researchers around the world to grow their family trees without the overwhelm. Her seminar is designed to help you "unstick your genealogy" by focusing on underutilized genealogy resources and strategies.
On Friday, February 16, Lisa will present a hands-on workshop for beginning genealogists. Participants will need to bring a laptop, and enrollment is limited. All details are listed on www.gskctx.org.
Register online before February 5th to save a few dollars for early registration. Participants may also register for the seminar at the door the day of the event. It will be a fun and information-filled day, with lots of door prizes and tasty treats.
