Today's businesses are totally dependent on technology to achieve their organizations' goals and objectives — without technology, they cannot compete. You need to increasingly play a vital role in developing business strategy and defining the technology direction for the organization to achieve competitive advantage.
To develop a technology strategy, you are invited to attend this workshop where IT strategists will help you identify your strengths and weaknesses.
By the end of this workshop attendees will:
- understand how technology is essential to their business development plan;
- undergo a technology audit and assessment; and
- have a clearer picture and direction of what technologies will be beneficial to their business.
